The flag/banner of the Army Dental Corps, World War 2
Bill Garrison, 10 April 2007
The badge borne on the flag, contributed by Bill Garrison, was only worn
until 1929, when it was replaced by a pattern with the letters CADC
within a maple wreath. It follows then that the flag shown could not be
the flag flown during the Second World War, but only between 1915, when
the Canadian Army Dental Corps was created, and 1929, when the badge was
changed. The distinguishing colours on their uniforms were green and
gold, so flags may have used these colours.
